Eligibility

nezt is for employees of allow-listed companies. You create an account with Google or Apple, then confirm a valid work email at that company. One account per person.

Accounts and verification

You create an account with Google or Apple, then confirm your work email. We check it against a list of known company domains. Your account is tied to that verification. Do not share your account or sign in on behalf of anyone else.

Listing rules

You must own the property, or be the current occupant with the right to hand it over, to list it.

•

Listing details and photos must be accurate.

•

No brokers, no agents, and no listing on behalf of someone else.

•

Two listings per person per rolling 6 months. Deleting a listing does not reset this limit.

•

We may remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Conduct in chat

Chat with other members is for genuine enquiries about listings. No harassment, no spam, and no soliciting people off the platform for unrelated purposes.

Fees

There are no fees today. If that changes, we will give notice before any fee applies to you.

Content licence

You keep ownership of the listings, photos and messages you post. By posting, you grant us a licence to display that content on nezt in order to operate the service.

No guarantees

We verify employment at sign-in. We do not verify property title, condition or availability. Do your own diligence before renting or buying. Deposits, agreements and any money that changes hands are between you and the owner, not nezt.

Limitation of liability

nezt is provided as a platform to connect verified members. We are not a party to any tenancy or sale agreement made between members, and we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from those agreements or from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using nezt and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
